Our new Head Office is situated in over 4,200 sq. meters of landscaped gardens, providing an ideal stress free environment for our staff. In addition to the 1,000 sq. meters of office space, Centaur House will also offer our staff an in-house gym, and a swimming pool, further strengthening our aim to be a preferred employer.The recreational facilities will be available to all our staff, allowing for the opportunity to relax and re-charge ones’ batteries, without having to leave the office.

Working Hours – Life & People
Our company’s working hours are as follows:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 – 13:00 and 13:30 – 17:30
Tuesday and Friday 8:30 – 14:30

Performance Appraisal Policy
For the recruitment and selection procedures to be effective, it is essential that they be fair, rigorous and transparent. Our employment policy, as is stipulated in the Company’s staff manual, ensures that our recruitment and selection procedures are fair, rigorous and transparent. It is not however sufficient for the successful implementation of our Mission Statement to only recruit staff of the highest calibre. We need also to give them the tools to excel, and to develop their expertise and potential in order to enable them to perform their work effectively.
