Maintaining our reputation for excellence, integrity and credibility is essential for our success. Toward this end, we work hard to foster a corporate culture in which the highest standards of ethical behavior, individual accountability and transparent disclosure are not just expected, but ingrained in every employee, officer and director. We have developed a thorough Code of Business Conduct that is our guide for helping us conduct our business with integrity and respect.

Once part of the Centaur Trust team all of us have a responsibility to establish and maintain business relationships based on integrity with each other and our business partners. Each employee is given a copy of the code of business conduct at the time he/she joins Centaur Trust and also receives periodic updates. While part of the Centaur Trust team each member of staff is strongly urged to show compliance with the code of business conduct, otherwise disciplinary action is possible.
