Our fees

In seeking to be a leader we had to be bold. In seeking to be innovative we had to take risks. One of the most significant areas where we have differentiated ourselves from other providers in our field is in relation to our charging policy. At Centaur Trust, we identified that one of the greatest sources of client confusion and dissatisfaction in our industry is the lack of transparency, with respect to charging for services provided.  Traditionally, the corporate services industry is labour intensive, requiring a significant amount of man-hours to administer each company. As a result of this, and the use of time sheets and “time spent” billing systems, clients end up paying for the inherent inefficiencies of our industry.

Centaur Trust has been designed to eliminate all this. Our policy is to pass on the savings in costs and improvement in efficiency, which are the result of our heavy investment in software and office systems. This is being reflected in our lower fees and charges.  A further way in which we have differentiated ourselves is encapsulated in one of our founding principals, namely that, unlike some other trust companies and corporate service providers, we believe in complete transparency in all our dealings with our clients. As such, we have adopted a fixed charge system of billing for the services we provide. In fact, most of our fees and charges are pre-agreed with our clients and form an integral part of our services agreement. In this way, our clients will have peace of mind that they will not face any unpleasant surprises at some point in the future.  In all aspects of our operations we believe that the secret of success lies in full transparency and good communication.
